We began helping patients during the COVID-19 pandemic. As lockdown restrictions prevented face-to-face appointments, we provided an online-only service. As we rapidly grew and measures eased, we invested heavily into the business, creating a fully furnished gym and treatment room. Despite the end of COVID-19 restrictions, we continue to provide our online platform to enable patients from far and wide to access our services!

I'm Jonny, the founder of PromoteHealth. I graduated from the University of Salford in June 2020 with a First-class BSc Honours degree in Sports Rehabilitation. I then graduated with a Distinction in MSc Physiotherapy from Birmingham City University in December 2023. I have gained experience in a variety of professional sports teams including West Bromwich Albion FC, Leicester City Women FC, Solihull Moors FC and the Atlanta Braves baseball team. I have also previously worked as a Virtual Rehabilitation Therapist at Vita Health Group. Currently, I am also employed by the NHS as an MSK physiotherapist.
I’m Matt, a senior physiotherapist and performance coach at PromoteHealth. I graduated from Birmingham City University in June 2021 with an upper-second-class BSc Honours degree in Sports Therapy. I then continued my studies at Birmingham, graduating with a Merit in MSc Physiotherapy in December 2023. I have gained a range of experience within professional sports teams such as West Bromwich Albion FC, Solihull Moors FC and Alvechurch FC. I have also gained experience within other private practices. Alongside my role at PromoteHealth, I work as an MSK physiotherapist in the NHS for Walsall Healthcare NHS Trust.
