Stength and Conditioning

We help people to reach their training goals such as to lose body fat, increase muscle mass, or improve sporting performance. We create bespoke training programs specific to each client’s needs and deliver sessions in an informative, fun and motivational style.

What to expect?

During your consultation, we will discuss your training history and future goals to enable us to accurately create and deliver tailored sessions.

Training sessions are 60 minutes long, this will consist of a short warm-up before the main body of the session.

We aim to increase your knowledge of S&C so that you understand the reasoning behind the selection of a particular exercise, rep range, or rest time.

Furthermore, we will advise on nutrition and the use of supplements as just training hard will not be enough to achieve your training goals or to prevent injuries!

Our coaches are physiotherapists by trade who have vast experience creating and delivering training programs to elite athletes such as professional footballers at West Bromwich Albion FC and Leicester City FC.

All of our physiotherapists have both an undergraduate degree in Sports Rehabilitation or Sports Therapy and a master's degree in Physiotherapy. These qualifications include detailed teaching on exercise prescription, sports performance and exercise delivery.
