Promote Recovery

For those without an injury that want to recover and relax through the use of Sports Massage, Acupuncture, Cupping Therapy and Scraping Therapy. These treatments can be requested in isolation or as a combination to ensure the best results!

What to expect?

Your physiotherapist will ask the reason for your visit and treatment preferences...

... before completing a physical assessment of the area to be treated.

This enables your physiotherapist to recommend an appropriate treatment plan to make the best use of the time available.

Your physiotherapist will communicate throughout to ensure you are comfortable and enjoying your treatment.

Finally, your physiotherapist will reassess the treated area to demonstrate the improvements made and to advise if further sessions would be beneficial.
