Online Physiotherapy

We help people online affected by injury or pain by accurately diagnosing their problem before agreeing on the most suitable and effective management plan to reduce their symptoms, improve function and achieve their goals.

What to expect?

Your physiotherapist will ask a variety of questions to gain a thorough history of your problem...

... before demonstrating some simple tests for you to complete to determine which muscles, joints, ligaments, or other structures may be at fault.

This enables your physiotherapist to make an accurate diagnosis before outlining the steps required to resolve your problem.

Your home exercise program will be key to your recovery alongside advice on activity modification, heat/ice and returning to work.

Finally, your physiotherapist will set goals and outcome measures to ensure you remain motivated and consistently progress each session.

All physiotherapists are insured through the Chartered Society of Physiotherapists (CSP) unless they have dual registration which provides their insurance (BASRaT or STT).
