We do not believe that injuries should be managed through a cocktail of tablets prescribed by your GP. At PromoteHealth, we will identify the root cause of your injury, explain your diagnosis, the possible causes of which and outline your treatment options. As with NHS physio, exercise prescription is important, however, we also offer hands-on techniques to ensure that you leave us feeling immediately better! We are proud that we can offer all patients an initial assessment within 7 days of requiring our services.
We offer the flexibility of both in-person and online 1-1 training. Our in-person service allows us to work on your form, ensure you're safe and provide motivation! Whereas, our online service provides a tailored program and regular check-ins to keep you on track. Our extensive experience within professional sports means that exceeding goals and meeting deadlines comes naturally.
